Most seniors want to be able to stay in their own home as they get older. It's where they grew their gardens, their children grew up, their memories were made. Today, there is more support and resources for seniors at home than in the past.

As we age, many of us assume the added responsibility of caring for the health and well being of someone we love. Whether that person is a partner, friend or parent, caregiving can be emotionally draining and physically exhausting. And it can be even be more difficult if you have your own health concerns. That's why it's important to reach out to other people and organizations for support and relief.
